In addition to the main house, Loughananna House has unique offerings including a charming gate lodge, tipis for a rustic touch, and a beautifully converted barn, ideal for events and gatherings. Get away from it all

With exclusive venue hire once inside the gates you are transported to an oasis of calm.  Stroll the grounds or venture further into re-invigorating woodland walks or mountain trails taking in the beautiful surroundings of our venue.

Staff are on hand for private events, a dedicated wedding coordinator,  full support is offered every step of the way to plan an amazing event at our escape. 

Our Tipis are a wonderful addition to the grounds , fully floored and can be enclosed. Available for use for private parties , ceremonies and reception drinks.

Local Area

So much to see and do in the local area.  The historic towns of Cahir and Cashel are a stones throw away.  Even closer are some of Europe's finest show caves, Mitchelstown Caves.  Also eBiking, Ballyhoura Looped trails, Galtee Mountain Hike,  Doneraile House, Fota wildlife park, Beaches, Distilleries and shopping are all within a short drive .

Set at the foot of the majestic Galtee Mountains, the highest inland mountain range in Ireland.  Great travel links mean we are only 40mins from Cork Airport, 1 hour from Shannon and a 2 hours from Dublin.
